Our History
Multilingual Educational Services LLC. (MES LLC) was started in 2002 in Texas under the name of Bilingual Educational Services. Its purpose was to help teachers from Spanish-speaking countries become certified and integrated into Texas's Bilingual/ESL education system.
Over time and in the face of new opportunities, we have expanded our services to include seminars, counseling, and workshops for teachers, students, and parents in bilingual education taught in Texas, Mexico, Peru, and Chile. MES LLC offers other services, such as theatrical and musical productions, educational intervention and tutoring, and written and audiovisual material production to support the pedagogical function.
We are also starting our area of special educational projects for schools and social organizations to help improve the quality of life of groups at social risk.
Subsequently, in 2022, it changed its name to Multilingual Educational Services LLC to extend these services to other languages that make up the Bilingual/ESL education system of Texas, such as Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, and Portuguese, among other potential languages that can be part of the multilingual educational system of Texas.
Finally, we aim to create monitors who model for other professionals integrated into the multilingual education system where required.

René Hernández, Executive Director
Our founder and chief visionary is the driving force behind our company. He holds a bachelor’s in English education from the University of Santiago de Chile. In 2000, he moved to Houston, Texas, where he became certified as a Bilingual/ESL teacher, a certification granted by TEA (Texas Education Agency) and SBEC (State Board for Educator Certification). .
He worked for 20 years as a bilingual and ESL teacher in different independent school districts in Texas, such as Willis, Houston, Cleveland, Spring, and Conroe.
Maria Sarela Pardo, Director of Educational Operations
Maria Sarela is one of the iconic people who can say they love their work. She is a youth counselor for over 50 students and takes care of a community of thousands of education professionals. A Systems Engineer from Colombia, she lives in Houston, where she became certified as a Life Coach, Agility coach, Forest Therapy Guide, and Youth Counselor.
She has worked in after-school programs in the Katy Independent School District for two years.
